The load drill, a script that runs after every redeploy of Caper’s contracts, launched it on 11 October 2026 to set a payout against a metadata change on one ballot. What did $LOAD10 decide about its bounty?

Nothing. “Pay the bounty, or restate the mandate” set a 120 $XRD bounty against a Metadata change that would restate the caper’s mandate instead of funding it. With three options on the ballot a winner needed half the weight cast, and neither got it across 18 ballots, so nothing executed. The Metadata option would have set the token’s description to:
