Load Drill 03 ($LOAD03) is a synthetic caper on Stokenet, Radix’s public test network. The load drill, a script that runs after every redeploy of Caper’s contracts, launched it on 11 October 2026 as a target for governance rehearsals: other drill capers buy and sell its token through proposals, and its own proposal tests a metadata change. Wallets the drill controls hold its tokens, and it is not a real organization.
